  NLO Teams Get 50% Covid 19 FIFA Palliative Fund By Niyi Busari The Nigeria Nationwide League One (NLO) teams have confirmed receipt of Eighty-one thousand seven hundred and eighteen naira (N81,718) fifty percent of the FIFA Covid 19 Palliative fund. This is confirmed through a message of appreciation by the Chairman, Emmydinho FC, Nnajiofor Emeka which reads; "Good morning to all, I write to confirm the payment of N81,718 from NLO as FIFA support for Covid 19, I appreciate as we look forward to better days & wish the world freedom from this pandemic outbreak, 🙏from Emmydinho fc Chairman. Nnajiofor C Emeka." Speaking with BSN Sports on the confirmation of the payment, the Chief Operation Officer of the League, Sola Omole said the Nigeria Football Federation through League body has started the 50% payment for all the teams in the NLO. He added that those who have not received their own will get. "Yes, they have started receiving their FIFA Covid 19 Palliative fund as the Federation promised. Those who are yet to receive will soon get their share of the 50% payment." The twenty Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) teams and the Nigeria National League teams have all received their funds.
